Mom’s Style Chicken Curry!

Heya! If you are looking for Easy Chicken recipe , So you are at the right place….

Without wasting time lets get into the Method-

Things that you Required to make this delicious Recipe-

  1. 500gm of Chicken -( Bone or without Bone )
  2. 5-6 Chopped Onions
  3. 15-20 Chopped Garlic
  4. Half piece of Chopped Ginger
  5. 2 tbs Garam Masala
  6. 1 tbs Chicken Masala
  7. 2 tbs Ginger- Garlic Paste
  8. 2 tbs cooking Oil
  9. Red Chilli Powder ( According to the taste)
  10. Salt (According to the Taste)

We will be making this Chicken in Cooker 🙂

First Take Non-Stick Cooker ( Because that consume less oil), Add oil and let it heat for 3-4 min , now add Garlic , Ginger & chopped onions and keep it, till  it become golden brown, let the flame on Sim  then  add some red chilli, salt and Garam Masala, mix it well and add 1Glass of water, now put the lid and keep it for 2-3 whistle.

Once done, then add Chicken,  add Ginger – Garlic paste, some Garam Masala, and Chicken masala Powder( I prefer Everest, you can use any). Keep it some Sim flame for 10-15 min, and check the consistency, if it is thick then chicken is almost done.

Now add some water according to your gravy requirement, and put the lid and keep it for 1 whistle.

Delicious Chicken is Ready to serve:)

You can server this with Roti, Rice or Naan.
