Review
Mac describes the colour Dainty as a “light yellow pink with gold pearl” and it also happens to be one of the permanent shades of MAC blushes. This one is suitable for lighter to medium skin tones due to its light pink shade. This is the sort of colour you could imagine on a Barbie if I am able to describe it well. Even though the shade is leaning towards a lighter note yet the colour payoff is great. You only need a little amount and a couple of strokes give you the desired look. The “gold pearl” imparts a beautiful glowy and dewy look on the face which gives the illusion of a healthy illuminated skin.

The pearly gold glitter is finely milled and doesn’t show up in chunks when it’s blended in. The mineralise blushes highlight the face in a most natural way and this colour can even be used on the nose and chin to give a flushed look to the face. The blush has a beautiful soft texture which gives a very smooth feel to the skin once applied.

Pros
• Smooth finish
• Finely milled pearl glitter
• Gives the skin an illuminated and healthy look
• Fit for daily wear and buildable if required
• Doesn’t require much blending in
• Little product is required
• Lasts for a good number of hour and fades evenly

Cons
• Since it is a lighter pink shade it might not show up just as great on deeper skin
tones
• Product lacks a mirror inside
• Expensive

Recommendation
If you can splurge on one good blush and you have light to medium skin tone, this blush would payoff beautifully for you. The price point might pinch a bit but the product goes a really long way as you need a small dab to get the colour you need. A complete 10 on 10 shade that doubles up and gives you a soft glow too.
